1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Learn Venture Deals online course platform operated by Progile Tanácsadó Kft. By using the service you accept these terms.

2. Service

Learn Venture Deals is an online course on startup financing, venture capital, and term sheets. It includes interactive modules, quizzes, downloadable PDFs, a glossary, and cloud-saved progress.

3. Registration and account

Registration with accurate data is required. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

4. Payment and access

Access to the full course is granted after successful payment. Payment is processed via the payment provider (Stripe). The price is as stated on the website at the time of purchase. You receive lifetime access to the course content.

5. Refunds

Refund policy is as required by applicable law. For EU consumers: you may have a right of withdrawal within 14 days; if you have started using the course, the provider may not be required to refund the full amount. Contact nvalentin@progile.eu for refund requests.

6. Liability

The course is for educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal or financial advice. The provider is not liable for decisions you make based on the course content.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
